Our company is based in Mexico, and the shipment of your order begins at our warehouse in Mexico City.
The law in Mexico regarding the international shipment of supplements, peptides and pharmaceutical products is very strict and regulated.
For this reason, we have to ship all parcels to our trusted reshipper at the Mexico/US border.
Once your package crosses the border, our reshipper sends it by Fedex or UPS to its final destination.
We charge a flat rate of $35 USD for shipping.
Free shipping for US orders above $400 USD.
The whole process can take time, due to various factors:
1) Intra-Mexico shipping time (time it takes for your package to be delivered at our reshipper’s warehouse at the Mexico/US border): Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times for Mexican shipping companies has increased significantly, so most packages take around 3 business days to be delivered at the Mexican/US border.
2) Cross border operations: it takes between 3 and 4 business days on average. Cross borders operations take time to process your parcel and to prepare the necessary paperwork.
3) Intra-US or international shipping time: Once your package clears US customs, our reshipper sends it to you.
The average delivery time is 2 working days (for the US). If you’re in Europe, Canada, or any other international destination, it will take longer, depending on potential customs delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For customers in the US, it usually takes between 7 and 11 business days for the order to be delivered. In some rare cases, the shipping can take longer due to delays related to the shipping company.
For non-US customers, it can take between 8 to 15 business days for the order to be delivered. This can vary according to your country’s customs’ ability to process and release the package.
Guarantee of delivery:
US customers: If you’re in the US, the delivery of your package is 100% guaranteed. This means that if your order is not delivered to you for any reason (seized by the customs, lost or damaged by the carrier), we will resend your order at no cost to you (or issue you a full refund if you prefer).
Canada and Europe: we offer a $400 USD guarantee on all international shipments to Canada and Europe: this means that if your order is not delivered to you for any reason (seized by the customs, lost or damaged by the carrier), we will cover up to $400 USD of losses. For this reason, we recommend not to place orders of more than $400 USD. We cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to maintain this policy over time. It will depend on the proportion of shipments that are confiscated by the customs.
For other countries than the USA, Canada and the countries of Europe, unfortunately we do not offer refund/reshipping in case the products are seized by the local customs.
