YES. Nootropics Depot’s founder confirms it in this Reddit thread: “We continue to supply and produce products for our Latin American distributors. Ceretropic has shut down US consumer operations, but we continue to support our distributors outside of the US. We produce and distribute to them. What they do after that is up to them. We don’t set their pricing or policies. That is up to the individual distributor in the respective countries.”

3. Why do I have to wait 5 to 10 business days before you guys send the tracking number of my order?
The law in Mexico regarding international shipping of supplements, peptides and pharmaceutical products is very strict and regulated.
For this reason, we have to ship all the parcels to our trusted reshipper at the Mexico/US border. Once he receives the package, our reshipper then manages all the required cross-border operations.
As soon as the package crosses the Mexico/US border, our reshipper is then ready to ship it to you.
Only then will you receive your tracking number.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
For customers in the US, it usually takes between 7 and 11 business days for the order to be delivered. In some rare cases, the shipping can take longer due to delays related to the shipping company.

9. Why do some peptide vials include much more powder than others?
Most peptides suppliers use a filling agent called mannitol in their peptide vials. Mannitol has 2 advantages and one disadvantage:
(+) It helps with the stability of short chain peptides such as Pinealon or MIF-1. However it is not required for larger peptides.
(+) It helps with the appearance of the product: this way, the powder spreads nicely in the bottom of the vial and has a nice “pancake” look
(-) It makes the product more difficult to analyze in a lab. As the peptide is mixed with mannitol, more tests are needed to ensure the quality and the dosage of the peptide.
The last point explains why we chose to carry most of our peptides without mannitol. Do not worry if your peptide appears to be underdosed: it is NOT the case. These peptides are free of mannitol, which explains why the vial looks emptier than peptides sold by other vendors that choose to include it.
